The Bradford District Disabled People’s Forum (BDPF) would like to announce the winners of this year’s Sovereign Health Care Awards 2017, who are:

  • Steve Grisag - Disabled Person of the Year Award
  • Emily Clayton - Make a Difference Award
  • Mind the Gap - Inclusive Design Award
  • Project Search, (Bradford Teaching Hospital Foundation Trust) - Best Practice in Employment of Disabled People Award
  • Leyland Medical Centre - Health and Well Being Award
  • Rosie Tudge - Best Changing Place in the District

These are new awards set up by the Bradford & District Disabled People’s Forum (BDPF) in conjunction with Sovereign Health Care and Easier Access.

The Bradford District Disabled People’s Forum (BDPF), Sovereign Health Care and Easier Access would like to congratulate all the winners of this year’s award and look forward to hopefully running the awards in 2018.
